1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates and Options
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items, the destination, and the selected shipping method. We offer the following options:

3. Delivery Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Any Countries/Regions. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
4. Age Verification Requirement
By placing an order with 1skatt.com, you acknowledge that alcoholic beverages can only be received by individuals who are of legal drinking age in their respective country.

Upon delivery, our carrier will request a valid government-issued ID to verify the recipient’s age.

If no eligible person is present to accept the delivery, a re-delivery attempt may be arranged, or the package may be held at a local depot for collection.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required for all shipments. Some destinations may have additional restrictions on alcohol imports; it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of local laws.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent breakage. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged:

For lost shipments, please allow up to 3 business days from the dispatch date before reporting the issue, as carriers may experience unforeseen delays.
7. Customs and Duties
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. 1skatt.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
